Our Dental Discount Plan is an easy and affordable alternative to dental insurance for you and your family. Members receive the annual preventative dental services they need to help ensure a healthy smile. Plus, additional savings on restorative treatments you may need like fillings, root canals, or even dentures.

Terms, Renewal and Termination
The plan will remain active for twelve (12) months from effective date.
After the initial twelve (12) month period the plan will automatically renew on the first day of the month in which the member enrolled. Automatic renewals will continue on the anniversary of the enrollment date each year, unless a written cancellation request is received prior to the renewal date.
If a member elects to terminate the plan prior to the completion of the initial twelve month (12) period, no refunds will be given and all services will revert back to their non-discount rates.
Member is required to pay in full at the time a discounted service is rendered. Payment for discounted services not received within thirty (30) days of service shall be construed as members’ intent to cancel the plan.
